If your Insurance Certificate is not in your name and/or does not contain the vehicle details, we will need one of the following:
A Permission Letter (a letter from the vehicle owner or hire company permitting you to drive the vehicle. The document has to include Insurance Policy Number)
Full Policy Schedule (Your schedule must include a Vehicle Schedule: A list of vehicles covered under an insurance policy and Driver Schedule: a list of individuals covered under an insurance policy)
